Up until a decade ago, Shonto was private land that was not open to the public, groomed and managed to create a unique environment of manicured landscapes, big bucks and lunker fish. We are one of the few hunting locations in the State that book exclusively to one Client at a time (based on 3 trophy Animals), giving you and your guest private use of the land. The many years of intense whitetail management have produced many trophy whitetail bucks.
The population of exotic animals has also thrived due to the same intense management practices. This gives us a large and diverse population of animals including 15 Species from 5 continents.
We offer year Round fresh water fishing of the highest caliber for Rainbow and Golden trout, Bass and Catfish. The strict catch and release program has resulted in many monster lunkers and state records
Shonto has guided hunts for trophy whitetail deer and exotics, and guided & unguided freshwater fishing trips. Our hunting guests enjoy exclusive access to our special ranch and benefit from our regimented supplemental feed and management plan.
